TWUNGUBUMWE PROJECT
promote and give support in community participation
TRIP “TWUNGUBUMWE PROJECT” aims to promote and give support in community participation, working together, team spirit, social responsibility and accountability among rural people through various groups and associations called “TRIP Stakeholders”. This project gathers community members together in various activities for a sufficient production for everyone on a rotation basis.
Individuals who work in collaborative settings at work are more than 50% more effective at completing tasks than those who work independently. Working collaboratively and collectively leads to better performance because of better problem solving, according to a Stanford study. It can help people to be more cost effective, creative and competitive.
Some benefits of working together:
- It allows people to learn from each other: When people from different backgrounds and at varying levels of experience are allowed to work together, everyone benefits.
- Peoples productivity rates go up: As rural People start working together more collaboratively, their overall productivity will likely increase.
- Overall problem-solving becomes easier: Teams bring together different personalities and levels of experience. This makes solving problems a much easier process.
- Positive workplace atmosphere is created Working together allows rural people to get to know each other better and build strong social connections.
- Easy management: The main advantage for organization is that while we work with stakeholders' group will allow us to manage them easier,. It is easy to give them trainings and support through those groups.
